Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools including a cutting board and sharp knife.
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Prepare by slicing cucumber and bell pepper, grating the carrot, and halving the cherry tomatoes.
- Lay each tortilla flat on the cutting board and spread hummus evenly over each.
- Layer the veggies on top of the hummus: start with cucumber, then bell pepper, followed by carrots, spinach leaves, and finally cherry tomatoes.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to create a snug wrap.
