- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)
- ½ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Layer the bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and spinach artfully on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the veggies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
