Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup sugar (or honey/agave syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold brew by mixing coarsely ground coffee with cold water in a jar. Steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours, then strain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cold brew coffee, 1 cup of milk, and ½ cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours or until solid.
  6. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling them out.
