Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.

- 3. In another bowl, mix oil and sugar until combined. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, food coloring, and vinegar; mix well.
- 4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- 5. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6. Allow cakes to cool in their pans for ten minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
