Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and sugar; let foam for 5 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Add melted butter and eggs, then incorporate the yeast mixture until a dough forms.
- 3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 8 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- 4. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 6. Roll tightly into a log and slice into rounds.
- 7. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again for 30 minutes while preheating oven to 375°F.
- 8. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
