- 1 cup dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in short bursts until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until light in color.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, then gently fold in the flour until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
- Let cool for one minute before serving on plates.
