- 4 ice cream cones
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Chop all fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the top half of each ice cream cone into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- While the chocolate is still wet, roll or sprinkle your choice of toppings onto the dipped edges.
- Generously fill each cone with the chopped fruits.
- Stand filled cones upright in a glass or muffin tin and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
