- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ cup fresh pitted cherries (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins with butter, dusting them lightly with cocoa powder.
- Melt the bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until combined, then fold in the melted chocolate mixture followed by flour.
- Gently mix in the chopped cherries until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter among prepared ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto plates; serve immediately.
