- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini size)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll each mozzarella ball in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Dip each coated mozzarella ball into beaten eggs and back into the breadcrumb mixture for a second coating.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the cheese balls until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
