- 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4 cups, chopped)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- ½ cup bacon bits
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Steam florets in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm. Drain well.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
- Combine steamed cauliflower with the cheese mixture in a large bowl, folding gently until coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese and bacon bits. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
