- 1 package pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into small squares.
- Place shredded mozzarella in the center of each square and fold the dough over, sealing tightly.
- In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat; stir in minced garlic and infuse for one minute.
- Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush generously with garlic butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
