Instructions

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into small squares.
  3. Place shredded mozzarella in the center of each square and fold the dough over, sealing tightly.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat; stir in minced garlic and infuse for one minute.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush generously with garlic butter.
