- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) biscuit dough
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece to about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle and fold edges to seal.
- Arrange on the baking sheet; brush melted butter over each bomb.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
