- 1 French baguette or Italian loaf
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over both halves.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
