  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
