- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Serve warm on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley.
