Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice the steak and peel the shrimp.
- Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Sear the steak: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear diced steak until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic and shrimp: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices. Cook until pink (about 3-4 minutes).
- Create the sauce: Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet over medium heat. Stir until creamy, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Combine: Mix in cooked pasta and seared steak until well combined.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
