- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Add half of the cherry pie filling to the creamy mixture and gently swirl.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, top with remaining cherry pie filling, then add the rest of the cream mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
