- 12 large fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the green tops and scoop out some flesh from the bottom to create space for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and blend well.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or small spoon until overflowing.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
