Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread BBQ sauce generously over the dough, then top with shredded chicken.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onions over the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before slicing.
