Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three bowls: one for beaten eggs, one for seasoned panko breadcrumbs, and one for flour if desired.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour (if using), dip in the egg mixture, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard for the dip.
