Instructions
- Prepare kitchen tools: a large pot for boiling water and a frying pan for sautéing.
- Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil over medium heat, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until golden brown.
- Lower heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth to the pan, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in cooked spinach and gnocchi until well-coated in the sauce.
- Stir in grated parmesan until melted. Serve immediately with extra cheese if desired.
