- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over chicken breasts.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Assemble on toasted buns with sauce and your choice of toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
