- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 2 oz pumpkin puree (100% pure)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Salt or cinnamon sugar for rim
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by juicing the limes and measuring out the other ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well mixed.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until chilled.
- Rim your glasses with lime juice and dip them in salt or cinnamon sugar.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or an apple slice if desired.
