- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in the baking dish; pour marinade over the fillets and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with additional dill and serve immediately.
