Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and place them on a cutting board.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs. Massage the seasonings into the meat.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
