- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and strawberries.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fill the donut pan halfway and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- For the glaze, whisk cocoa powder and powdered sugar; add water to achieve desired consistency.
- Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and let excess drip off before serving.
