- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the shrimp or place directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Serve warm with chopped parsley for garnish.
