Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and herbs; rub over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While baking, whisk soy sauce and honey together in a bowl.
- Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken before serving.
