- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the garlic-rosemary mixture over them evenly.
- In another bowl, mix honey and soy sauce until smooth; drizzle over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve drizzled with sauce.
