Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a small pat of butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
