Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and grill marks appear.
- Brush barbecue sauce generously over the cooked chicken and let it simmer for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat, shred the chicken using two forks.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing shredded chicken on brioche buns, adding coleslaw and pickles on top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve warm.
