Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and brush with the marinade.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs over the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
