- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers), sliced
- 8 oz deli meat or grilled chicken breast
- 4 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup fruits (apples, grapes, or berries), cut into kid-friendly pieces
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer fresh vegetables in the center of each tortilla.
- Add slices of deli meat or grilled chicken and cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Cut wraps into pinwheels or halves as preferred.
- Serve with small containers of yogurt dip or peanut butter for dipping.
