- 1 pound large shrimp, deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes).
- Squeeze lemon juice over cooked shrimp before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
