Instructions
- Prep ingredients: Dice the onion and bell peppers.

- Cook turkey: Increase heat slightly; add ground turkey. Break it apart as it cooks until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).

- Add bell peppers: Toss in bell peppers; simmer for another 5 minutes until softened.
