Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and bell peppers; mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Increase heat slightly and add ground beef. Cook until browned and no pink remains, breaking it up as it cooks (7-10 minutes).
- Stir in garlic, cumin, chili powder, and paprika; cook for an additional minute.
- Add tomato sauce along with salt and pepper; simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve in tortillas or over rice, adding toppings like cheese or sour cream if desired.
